Jen Hoffman-Keith is a business marketing student and Registered Nurse with a unique professional background that bridges healthcare, research, and business. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Ottawa and is currently completing the Business Marketing program at Algonquin College.
Throughout her career at The Ottawa Hospital and The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, Jen developed strong skills in team-based project collaboration, strategic communication, and project support within fast-paced, high-impact environments. Her work required collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, process management, and a strong focus on relationship-building — skills that now inform her approach to business and marketing.
As a Co-op Student with the Ottawa Board of Trade’s Membership and Events Team, Jen supports member engagement initiatives and event execution, helping to strengthen connections within Ottawa’s business community. With a strong foundation in client-centered service and an expanding focus on marketing strategy, she brings a thoughtful, analytical, and people-focused perspective to her work.
