Welcoming OBOT’s 2026-2027 Board of Directors

Announcement

As Ottawa celebrates its 200th anniversary, we were pleased to welcome members to the Rideau Club for our 169th Annual General Meeting on June 17, an afternoon dedicated to connection, reflection, and looking ahead to the future of our business community.

Members heard key organizational updates, reflected on the Ottawa Board of Trade’s advocacy efforts and accomplishments over the past year, reviewed year-end reports, and participated in the election of our 2026-27 Board of Directors.

A special thank you to our outgoing Board Directors for their leadership, dedication, and service to our organization and the broader business community. Their contributions have helped strengthen Ottawa’s economic future and advance the voice of business in our city: Devinder Chaudhary, Sacha Gera, Kayla Isabelle, John Proctor, and Melissa Reeves.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to outgoing Chair Brendan McGuinty for his leadership, commitment, and stewardship over the past three years. His dedication has helped advance the Ottawa Board of Trade’s mission and strengthen our impact across the business community.

We are pleased to welcome our 2026-27 Board of Directors and congratulate our new Chair, Hugh Gorman. We look forward to working together to advance the priorities, opportunities, and initiatives that will help shape Ottawa’s next chapter:
