Melissa Howell is an experienced communications professional with five years of experience in the non-profit sector. Since 2021, she has served as Coordinator of Member Communications at the Ottawa Board of Trade, helping to connect and engage the local business community through effective storytelling and outreach.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Trent University and a Public Relations diploma from Algonquin College.
Passionate about building community and sharing Ottawa’s story, Melissa enjoys exploring local bookstores, attending live music events, and listening to Taylor Swift in her free time.
